We were delighted to collaborate with Pasta & Cuore for a successful Handmade Pasta Salon on September 15th at Studio Orsay! Participants had the opportunity to follow a professional Italian chef and learn the full process of making pasta, from kneading the dough to shaping, choosing fresh ingredients, and pairing them with authentic sauces. Everyone experienced the joy of hands-on pasta making and savored their own delicious creations.
